I’m Elise and I’m super excited to be part of the FOUND ORGANIC team as the Nutritional Expert. I generally follow and encourage an organic, wholefood and raw diet however, I do believe in balance and have no problem with enjoying the company of friends and a few drinks this long weekend, so I would like to begin by sharing a few HANGOVER remedies with you all!
WATER- headaches, fatigue and a dry mouth are all a result of dehydration so ideally drinking a glass of water to every alcoholic drink will give you the best chance of a fresh face and clear head the next morning.
